Patch 1 - Mid March update

Hi everyone,

This is a small first patch with a few adjustments:

• Adjusted weapon positions when spawning in the character's hand.
• Resized swords and pickups for better balance.
• Tweaked some quest dialogues and equipment descriptions.

I’ll continue testing and will likely release a few more small patches soon.
