Hello everyone!
I’ve been hard at work improving the game following the release of the November update. After some testing, I identified a few things that needed adjustment. Below are the details for both the first patch and the recently released second patch.
Patch 1: Key Changes
- Dragonclaw (new dagger): The icon for Dragonclaw previously matched that of Omen. This has now been corrected.
- Omen description: The description was too similar to Orc Flesh Destroyer, so it has been updated for clarity.
- Grieving Blade & Blackout swap: Grieving Blade is now given by the farmer as a reward while Blackout is found elsewhere in the level.
- Oath of the Hunter set: Defence stats have been adjusted.
- Flameward Sword: Requirements to purchase have been reduced. You can now buy it from the lowest dungeon.
- Store updates: All stores now buy a broader range of items that players may accumulate.
- Potion prices: Prices for stamina, small health, and medium health potions have increased, and their descriptions have been updated.
Patch 2: Further Updates
Pirouette ability:
- Level 2 damage increased to 100.
- Level 3 damage increased to 150.
These changes make the ability more relevant when facing larger enemies in Chapter 2. These values may evolve as new abilities are added.
- Bug fix: In Cave Level 1, Chapter 2, the ground in the first spider area wasn’t correctly set to the “ground” layer. This has now been fixed.
Combat enhancement:
- Additional goblins have been placed behind the trolls to increase the sense of urgency. Players now face added pressure to defeat the trolls quickly, or risk being overwhelmed.
Quest fix - "Long Road to Wynter":
- Fixed an issue where Amber Blades weren’t triggering aggressive behavior during the quest. I’ll continue to monitor this to ensure the fix works as intended.
Notes
These patches should not affect your current save files as no enemy stats or major mechanics were altered.
Thank you all for your continuous support and feedback! I’ll keep testing and making improvements.
