This patch mainly features a first introduction to statistics, additional decoration, some changes to the global store layout and fixes. The intention in the future is to extend these statistics by adding advanced features like breakdown of daily sales and such but for that the way customers generate their shopping list has to be reworked in a more sensible way.
A reminder that optimizations are being slowly worked on but the limit to placing a high amount of lights and decoration items ultimately depends on each user’s gaming specs.
Changelog:
- Implemented around 50 new props related to green decoration. Note this update has separated plants from pots so, excepting Basic Plant A, players might find that their Bamboo and Spruces have disappeared and replaced with only the pot. This has been done so you can experiment with which plant your want to place in which pot. New flowers and some crocks are restricted to the Cool Pack DLC.
- Separated all plants, pots and flowers in a new tab in the Builder called ‘Decoration: Plants’ for less convoluted navigation.
- A first iteration of the statistics tab has been implemented in the Manager’s blackboard featuring data like total money earned, products placed, boxes recycled, etc. Note these stats are only recorded since around a couple months ago. Plenty of values are shared between all store’s visited and are not tied just to a single store.
- Two lists in the statistics tab should also show products not found and products found too expensive during the previous day by customers. They are not saved between sessions for now.
- Moved the Cool room from its location to leave place for future possible storage expansions or a better product unloading area.
- Added a visible additional row of pillars for a future possible store expansion.
- Broom skins selection and gachapon machines have been moved between the Cool room and the staffroom.
- Adjusted walkways and deleted or moved some urban elements. Players be aware that the following may need fixing:
* Some decorations in the exterior might appear sunk or above ground.
* Cool room decoration might have to be moved to its new location. Cool room has increased slightly in size so it features more paintable slabs.
* Since jail has been moved to the left, existing staffroom’s decoration may now block jail’s exit.
- Fixed an issue related to the restocking achievement in which restockers placing products in bulk due to their grade would only count that restocking as a single product instead of the quantity they were actually restocking.
- Buying empty boxes will only return any of the available products instead of a random one of the entire pool. This is to mitigate an issue in which you could use those boxes to acquire non-unlocked products with the ordering device.
- Mitigated an issue where storage employees would get stuck when trying to get out of reach boxes. Some values can be tweaked regarding this so feel free to report if still finding any malfunction (them staying idle).
- Reverted a change in the restockers and they should merge boxes in storage even if there’s only one to merge (current amount was two boxes or more).
- Fixed an issue introduced in the last patch related to restockers in which they would prioritize high product shelves over low ones.
- Fixed an issue introduced in the last patch related to restockers in which they would randomly drop their boxes.
