I put together the HUB , the traders and the task board NPC, along with the warppad for now until i update this any more

Hit T when it prompts you to, will only ask if you want to go to Helhigan for now
The 3 basic traders not doing too much but can be interacted with and played with a bit
the task board NPC is still half finished but you can accept quests and even fill up the counter on Zombies in Helhigan
