Second week, second set of release notes, can you believe it? We are getting there, my friends! This week we focused on the UI of the Challenge Mode, as this is what we intend to make publicly available in just a few weeks.
FEATURES

- No element highlights
- Other elements are not locked
- Missing some triggers, so some steps are shown one after another (not waiting for the action that player must do)
- Using the outdated UI for now
- All texts are placeholders
ENCOUNTERS
BALANCING
- Changed the balance of all star values, without the limitation of "maximum 5"
VISUALS
- New animation for when tokens enter the activated state
BUGFIXES
- Fixed error with unlocking the challenges on the Steam Playtest branch
USER EXPERIENCE
CHALLENGES
- Launch button need a fix
- “In development” filter is not there
- Marker for "all sub-variants completed" is still not there
- Some tags/tooltips might be off
- No corresponding art
- Draft challenges descriptions
The goal for the next week's build is to be as close to the Challenges UI as we can, for the public Playtest, and then to shift our attention to checking the assets (VFX, SFX) for all the actual encounters, and to work on the Encounter UI itself (we have a new version that we like, on Figma, and now we need to move it to Unity).
