In classic mode collapse mechanic often shuffled blocks in unexpected ways and there wasn't any time to react since blocks started falling immediately after layers were cleared. Falling timer is now resetted after layers are cleared to give player some time to react to changes.
Added quit and restart buttons to game over screen. There is small delay before buttons can be pressed. (Mainly to prevent accidental selections when playing with mouse controls or gamepad)
