Small update preventing any accidental overlapping key bindings.
- Key bindings can no longer be selected if key is already used by other function. (Added error sound and overlapping key will appear as red)
- Arrow keys can no longer be selected as key bindings unless it matches direction
- Restart button is now changed if R is used as key binding for other functions
- Fixed translations with "Press R to restart" and "Blocks can be rotated with Space"
