Hey everyone!
Sorry it's been way too long since our last update here. Honestly, we've been completely swamped—between working on the game, searching for a publisher, joining events, and handling all sorts of other behind-the-scenes stuff… it's been hectic!
But today, we finally have a proper update for you—and there's a lot to share.
First off… we won an award.
At the end of last year, Kidbash: Super Legend won the "Most Fun to Play" Award at Indie X 2024!
This is our very first major award, and we couldn’t be more proud. Indie X is an amazing event that highlights some of the best new indie games every year, so receiving this recognition was a huge honor for us.
We also got featured on Vice
Vice
Yep—VICE did write-up about us! Always super exciting to be covered by a major media outlet like that. Thank you so much to everyone who's helped us get noticed.
Six One Indie Showcase + New Trailer.
Just last week, we were part of the Six One Indie Showcase, a super cool online event that gives indie devs a spotlight outside of the big studio showcases.
We also dropped a brand new trailer there and guess what? IGN picked it up and reuploaded it too!
That was a wild moment for us.
Updated Gameplay Demo for Media & Partners.
Last but not least, we’ve recently rolled out a major update to our gameplay demo! This version is currently only available to our media friends and partners who already have access via private keys.
Thank you so much for your support and feedback so far, it’s been incredibly valuable as we continue to improve and refine Kidbash: Super Legend.
We’re really excited about the new content and can’t wait to show more to everyone soon!
That’s the big update for now! We’ll be sharing more news and dev updates here more regularly from now on, thanks so much for your patience and support. And once again… sorry for going quiet for so long!
Until next time!
