Greetings, esteemed collaborators!
EARLY ACCESS IS HERE!
And unlike our timing with making posts, you’re just on time to get it! After all “If you’re Early, you’re on time” is our motto (starting now)! I think I saw that on a motivational post somewhere on LinkedIn.
After years of endless toil, we're super excited to have finally reached the Early Access stage!
This is an incredible milestone for our team, but it's just the beginning of an even greater journey we will experience together with you!
What’s in store for our future?
The sky may be the limit for the living, but not for us!
Early Access has just released, so there's still a long way ahead towards the 1.0. However, we plan to pave that road with lots of content for you to enjoy the ride!
Aside from polishing and improving what we already have, there are new characters (both important story NPCs and also playable ones), new stages, new lobby areas, new mechanics, new boons and spells, and new enemies already on the way and set to release soon!
And we're not stopping there! We will be posting our roadmap soon, which will give you a better visual sense of what we have in store for the upcoming major updates.
We're looking forward to hearing your feedback during this upcoming part of the journey, and we can't wait to see how far we'll go together!
What about the Demo?
Our demo was out for over a year, and it kept being updated even before Early Access, so you could even call it an "Earlier Early Access™" (trademarking this one before Steam does).
So, as we enter the actual Early Access, our focus must naturally shift from the demo version to the actual game, and considering our tiny team of experts is still tiny, we want to be able to dedicate ourselves to crafting a great experience without having to worry if the demo is still properly reflecting part of that experience or not.
That means the Demo will take a well deserved sabbatical and it’ll be removed from the store temporarily.
But don’t worry, we fully intend on bringing back the demo in the future!
Once the game is further developed and better polished, we can turn our attention to the demo once more and make sure it properly represents a fraction of the awesome experience we'll have by then.
I will not take more of your time now, you could be using it to play the actual Early Access, which I’m sure you will do.
As always, we really appreciate your support! It’s almost as valuable as your souls.
