Changelog:
[Performance]
- Added an experimental launch option for OpenXR runtime which hopefully has better performance
- OpenVR is still recommended for Valve Index due to OpenXR not supporting finger tracking
[Gore Updates]
- Slicing or otherwise fracturing enemy heads no longer forces their eyes to pop out
[Miscellaneous fixes]
- Slow motion upgrades fixed, previously they were stuck on a level somewhere in the middle between the lowest and highest levels
