Hello structures!
Sorry for the late update (I crunched for the Steam Next Fest demo and needed quite a bit of recovery time).
so I just wanted to say....
so what's up?
I'm addressing the feedback from the demo, like the reviews on the demo page. I read them all and really appreciate all the helpful comments :)
for example I moved the dating minigame outside of that unknowing void and out by the flower field
oh and all the friendly structures now watch you throughout the minigame now :)
there's a second part to the picnic date that I'm working on, but that will have to wait for the full release! the game is planned to be pretty small, so I doubt I'd be adding more content to the demo (just fixes and improvements)
but here's a teaser to what else I've been working on... what could be going on there? hmmmm...
other fun stuff
Gamesradar wrote about the game a few months ago with a pretty accurate headline
Rock Paper Shotgun also wrote a very accurate description of the game here
And also this write-up by The Gamer
and we were also in a bunch of Steam Next Fest lists like the one from Kotaku, PCGamesN, PC Mag, and Final Round (in Italian)!
also if you read japanese, we were covered by Gamespark which is pretty cool!
alright that was a lot
yeah thank you so so so much for all your support thus far! I quit my job a few months ago to pursue indie game dev full-time. this year has been such a wild ride with tons of ups and downs, and I can't wait to just share an unbridled sense of joy (and thirstiness) when Building Relationships comes out.
follow me on bluesky if you want more updates (i like yapping!)
