- Updated ffmpeg_libretro.dll to the most recent version.
- Fixed an issue that caused the -autoredux & -autolegacy launch commands to ignore any other commands included.
- Added mednafen_psx_libretro to the list of WORKING cores.
- Added mame2003_libretro.dll to the list of WORKING cores.
- Moved mame_libretro.dll to the list of BROKEN cores.
- Improved Libretro multi-threaded support to wait for the previous core to *completely* unload before allowing another core to load.
- Fixed an issue that caused Libretro cores that you deleted the DLL of to think they still existed.
