Client Update 8/16/2017

- Fixed an issue with the setting custom button binds for Libretro.

NOTE:

If you were having trouble with your Libretro button binds yesterday, delete the following file & relaunch AArcade to reset them:
Anarchy Arcade\aarcade_user\libretro\user\keybinds.key

UPDATE:

Pushed a hotfix at 7:20AM Pacific time to fix an issue with Libretro DLLs that don't specify any file extensions.
