Major Update 18.02.25

- Fixes all the crashes that were caused by the previous optimization update, sorry for all the inconvenience and frustation caused.
- Fixes bugs when some muisic overlaps when it shouldn't.
- Fixed the bug that wouldn't allow the player to play slaps.
- Fixes bug where singing mushrooms don't sing.
- Fixes bug where NPCs don't show up in the right places at the correct times.
