Hello everyone,
With the latest changes we have turned the whole demo upside down: There are
- new tutorial maps (this also means that we had to reset all highscores),
- many new sounds,
- a revised mission system,
- many helpers like markers for important locations and new tooltips,
- the "Hexapedia" as a reference work for all gameplay questions and
- many graphical revisions.
We would like to introduce you to the most spectacular of the new graphics. It's the virus spawner, which we wanted to make look even more dangerous:
Now it should be clear that you can't expect anything good from this spawner, right? 😉
With this release, we've been able to realize all of our ideas, and now we need your feedback! What do you think of the new tutorial maps?
And we'd like to ask you a favor: Please spread the word! If you enjoy HexaScape, tell your friends, your grandparents and your pets about it. And of course we'd love to hear about it ourselves! 🙂
Map of the Week
This week's Map of the Week is Chaos 9 by silverstrife. The screenshot already gives you an idea of what you can expect in this map... Thanks for the submission and congratulations on the well-deserved award! 🎉
What's next?
The release! You only have a few more days to wait: You'll be able to play the full version on June 20th.
