Hello friends,
As promised in the last news update on the 18th of May, the In-Game Level Editor is now live! It took me a while to release this, and it is still not perfect, but I do plan to update and improve it further down the road.
You should be able to create your own levels with the latest update, which you can download right now on Steam! It still does not have proper Steam Workshop integration; however, you can copy the level, which is usually located in "Steam/steamapps/common/Roll the Ball/RollBall_PC/CustomLevels/NAMEOFYOURLEVEL," and share it with other people. You can then easily paste the level in the same location on another PC and run it!
In the future, besides general updates and polishing of this feature, it will be getting things like full localization, gamepad support, proper Steam Workshop integration, and many more presets like meshes, effects, traps, and potentially some pre-made levels. This way, you can directly look at some examples and adjust them to your needs.
Also, feel free to join the Discord channel, where you can share your levels, post images, and ask any questions you might have. Here is the link: JOIN DISCORD
Feel free to let me know if you have any issues or feedback that could improve the game, and I will gladly consider it.
Thank you and keep rolling!
