Completely changed the aesthetic look of the game
Added a control type select for Steam/Xbox, Playstation and Keyboard controllers to display the appropriate button prompts corresponding to the player's selection
Replaced all of the prior button prompt sprites with new updated sprites
Fixed a Maggot animation bug
