🚗 Hey Awesome Drivers!
It’s time for the next Weekly Update! As always, in a few points, we’re presenting to you what we've been working on this week in Used Cars Simulator 😀 Just a reminder – we’re showing what we're working on in the whole project. These are NOT the updates to the demo – it's the same as before 😀
1. License Plates
We are further developing the mechanics related to license plates. At the moment, we have three different categories - Legal, Almost Legal, and Stolen. The type of license plate you have will affect whether the police want to arrest you. A car without a legal license plate may also be harder to sell.
We are also working on linking this mechanic with the Inventory, so you can check which license plates you already own.
2. Baseball Bat Store
We are adding new locations and important points on the map. One of them is a Baseball Bat Store, where you can buy a baseball bat. As you might guess, it could come in handy for some not-entirely-legal activities.
3. Lockpick Store
Another such place is the Lockpick Store. We’re also adding new NPCs to these locations, from whom you’ll be able to purchase these items.
4. Mechanic - New Features
We’re working on adding more features to the mechanic (recently, we showed that we’re adding a workshop to the game). At the mechanic, you will be able to do things like change tires, swap the engine, or repaint your car. It will be faster than doing it yourself, but you'll have to pay for it.
5. Car Deformation - Improvements
We are working on the next stages of improvements to the damaged system. We're making sure that the car's interior can also be damaged. Here, you can see how we're creating test conditions for this.
6. Port Name - Voting
We have just announced a vote for our port. It will be a place for various deliveries, but there will also be plenty of space for practicing high-speed driving and drifting... 😄 🚗

7. Black Screen - let us know!
We also have a request for those who experienced the black screen issue (the game would launch, the UI was visible, but the scene wasn't) – what are your PC specs? This information would be very helpful for us 😀
Let us know:
Which of these features do you like the most? Which of these features would you like to know more about? 😀
Join our Discord - we will have more behind-the-scenes materials there ːsteamhappyː
