🚗 Hey Awesome Drivers!
It’s time for the next Weekly Update! As usual, in a few points, we'll present to you what we've been working on this week in Used Cars Simulator 😀
1. Ladders
We’ve been working on adding the ability to climb ladders. This will allow for the exploration of new areas.
2. Fence Jumping
We’re also adding the option to jump over fences - we know that sometimes you want to move quickly without looking for a special exit😀
3. Terrain Improvements
We're continuously working on improving the terrain to make every location interesting and to ensure that exploring the world feels immersive 😀
Here you can see how we're creating another road.
And here, how we're adding changes to the terrain.
4. Car Handling - Modes
We want to add the ability to change the driving mode of cars. We’ve noticed that everyone has their preferences, with some players preferring a more arcade-style and others a more simulation-like experience. The ability to switch between these modes with a button will allow us to cater to a larger group of players 😀
5. Car Deformation - Improvements
We’ve also been working on improving car damage so that the car's body reacts better to different types of damage.
6. Items - Hints
We’re adding hints for items you’re looking at and can pick up. You’ll see basic information – for example, if it’s car parts, you'll know which car they fit. If it's something that can be added to your inventory, you’ll also see its weight, so you’ll know if you can still carry it.
7. New NPCs - Car Mechanics
We’re adding new NPCs. This week, we’ve been working on female mechanics.
8. Used Bay - Improvements
We're continuously working on the Used Bay as well. We’re checking different scenarios (also related to quests you must complete) and adding safeguards to prevent you from getting stuck in the game. For example, if you list a car at a specific price before starting a task where you need to do so, the game will check if you need to update the car’s price after making some improvements to the car.
9. Dynamic Minimap
We’ve added further improvements to the minimap. You’ll notice that it zooms in when you’re moving slowly and zooms out when you speed up.
Let us know:
Which of these features do you like the most? Which of these features would you like to know more about? 😀
