🚗 Hey Awesome Drivers!
It’s time for the next Weekly Update! As always, in a few points, we’re presenting to you what we've been working on this week in Used Cars Simulator 😀 Just a reminder – we’re showing what we're working on in the whole project. These are NOT the updates to the demo – it's the same as before 😀
1. Breakable Objects - Improvements
We worked on breakable objects to ensure they don’t slow the car down too much in collisions while still maintaining collision effects and improving driving immersion.
2. Restricted Area - Police Patrol
We're making the Restricted Area better. It's a place in Lost Angeles - an abandoned city. Going there might be worth it (but we won’t say why just yet... 😉). However, the police guard the area, so be careful not to get caught!
3. Inspection - Improvements
We're adding improvements to the inspection system - you'll see the real value of the car, the buying price, and which parts you haven't inspected yet on the UI.
4. Interactive Objects
We’re adding more interactive objects that you will be able to discover in our game - now in Saint City.
5. Settings - Improvements
We're also adding improvements to the Settings. You'll be able to set your default handling preference for driving (we have 3 modes - Drif, Simulation, Arcade). You'll also have the option to change it during gameplay.
6. Getting Out Of The Car - Improvements
We’ve also worked on exiting the car - there were specific cases where the player would jump unnaturally high or get stuck. We’ve fixed that. Here’s a look at how we’re testing it in our development environment.
7. Port - Delivery
We're also working on deliveries to the port. 😉Some of the car parts you order might end up there.
8. Bug Fixing & Optimization & Tests
We’re still working on testing, fixing bugs, and optimizing the game. 😉
Let us know:
Which of these features do you like the most? Which of these features would you like to know more about? 😀
