Hey everybody! This is a pretty cool update because it addresses a lot of performance and visual concerns. Here is what's new:
- Performance optimization. I worked a ton on this. There is still more to do, but I was able to optimize it enough to get a stable 60 FPS on Steam Deck!
- All vehicles now have all of the engine exhaust sprites. This took so long, because making sprites can be tedious and time consuming. But it was so worth it, and adds a level of visual clarity and polish that was really needed.
- Camera shake. I can't believe I went so long without having this in the game. I think it adds a lot. Let me know what you think. I could see it being a little much for some people, so maybe we can have a camera shake intensity slider in the options.
That's about it for this update! As always, please feel free to give any feedback on Steam, or on our discord.
