CORE DUMP MECHANIC ENHANCEMENT:
For a while I've felt that core dumps were not really living up to their status, that they were just a big explosion in a sea of your other explosions. So some things have been changed to make each type of core dump allow for more intentional loadout choices...
-Irradiated enemies no longer damage themselves and others. Instead, irradiated enemies are weakened and will receive +50% kinetic damage and +300% shield damage. The radiation effect also lasts quite long.
-To accentuate this effect, the regular core dump now deals very little damage. Instead, it instantly irradiates enemies within a wide area.
-The Microwave Beam gun makes use of this radiation change by further differentiating its 2 firing modes. Regular shots no longer quickly build up radiation, but will deal extra damage to irradiated enemies. The charged up giga beam will not deal extra damage to irradiated enemies, but will irradiate them quickly.
-The Atomizer core dump has also been tweaked. Its larger, lasts longer, soaks enemies in radiation AND deals extra damage to irradiated enemies while ALSO phasing through enemies. To be exact, its damage is 54/sec. If target is irradiated, 81/sec.
MISC CHANGES, FIXES, AND IMPROVEMENTS:
-Weapon spawns now have a heavy bias toward new weapons.
-Cleansing Flames upgrade now applies to every type of core dump. It now appears later in the waves, but has received a damage increase (12hp/s -> 40hp/s).
-Neutrino Cannon projectile count doubled, and its spread increased dramatically. It feels much more like a shrapnel bomb.
-Plasma Rifle projectiles apply heat faster and will now pierce though an enemy.
-Plasminigun ammo cost reduced by 10.
-Cylinder ramming damage against enemies quintupled.
-Black hole damage increased a bit.
-Fixed a ton of crashes caused by the black hole and made turrets affected by it.
-No more jitter when driving into physics objects (still jitters at the edge of the arena though).
-Hypothetically fixed the end screen leaderboard's overextending.
-Slightly better enemy projectile contrast.
-Testing a new way to render those off-screen arrows which may improve performance. Currently they are only applied to the weapon pickups.
-New outline setting that uses duplicated offset sprites instead of a shader. This setting may improve performance for those with a slow integrated GPU. Or maybe not, let me know.
-FPS counter has been shrunk
