This forest wasn't always what it is now.
The Demo represents the early root system of Roots Devour.
It used to stabilize the world, but it cannot carry the weight of its future growth.
As the full game evolves, these old roots have become disconnected from the heart of the game experience.
To prevent players from venturing into a withered branch of the past, we are letting the Demo return to the soil.
With the official release of Roots Devour set for January 27, the Demo will be delisted.
We want your first impression to be of the game in its truest form, not a version of the past.
Thank you for your support, the forest is still expanding.
The true Roots Devour awaits in the deep forest.
