Update 0.4.0: Joystick Support and New Map Expansions
Joystick Support and Customisable Controls
One of the most popular community requests is going to be released into the beta branch in the near future! With Update 0.4.0, players can look forward to joystick support and customisable controls. This update will introduce new presets for keyboard and controller inputs, giving players more flexibility and precision as they navigate the city of Tramau.
Two New Map Expansions
Update 0.4.0 will also bring two exciting map expansions designed to enhance Tramau’s unique old-town atmosphere. In these new areas, players will experience the city without the usual car traffic, immersing themselves in Tramau’s historic charm. One of the standout features of these expansions is the addition of grass tracks, which not only offer a beautiful aesthetic but also provide a fresh feel to the tram-driving experience.
An additional highlight is the inclusion of a construction site at one of the stations, adding an extra layer of engagement and showing the evolving nature of Tramau’s cityscape. Together, these expansions offer deeper immersion, allowing players to explore the peaceful old town as well as newer, underutilised areas of the city.
