Greetings, Survivors!
I am thrilled to welcome you to the digital adaptation of Don't Let It Die! As you embark on this prehistoric adventure, here are a few tips to enhance your experience:
- Seek Out Kronk: He will be your initial guide through life in the Valley.
- Experiment: Try different tribe combinations and strategies to survive.
- Share Your Journey: Your experiences and feedback are crucial for the game's improvement.
- If you encounter any issues or have suggestions, please use the Bug button in the settings menu to submit a Bug Report.
- Keep Trying and Learning: You're going to lose, a lot, it's part of the game! As you learn more about the game, strategies and what dangers lurk in the shadows, you'll find yourself doing better and better each time you play.
Current Roadmap:
1. Initial Enhancements (Immediate Focus)
My first priority is to polish the game and address any technical issues that arise from devices I have not been able to test myself or with my group of testers. Your feedback will be essential in identifying these areas and prioritizing improvements. Expect updates that fix bugs and enhance the overall experience.
I would also love to add in controller support during this time to allow for Steamdeck play!
2. New Character Pack (Coming Soon)
Once initial bug reports are fixed, a new character pack will be introduced, bringing fresh faces and stories to enrich your journey.
3. Expanded Content Updates (Later This Year)
Following the Dead Valley character pack, expect significant new digital-only content updates. This will include new gameplay features, expanded storylines, and additional challenges to keep you engaged.
4. Future Expansions (Long-Term Plans)
Looking ahead, I have plans for a future update to add the Hindrance expansion, which will introduce even more varied content and features.
Your participation and feedback are critical to the success of "Don't Let It Die." Thank you for being part of this journey. Good luck, and I look forward to hearing from you!
