Dr. Otsukimi
He is the guardian of Socrates and CONERU. He is called "Dr. Otsukimi" because of the shape of his unruly hair, which cannot be fixed no matter how hard he tries. He usually stays in his laboratory in Shinjuku City, working on some mysterious research. He is a night owl and does not like sunlight, so a parasol is indispensable when he goes out in the daytime. His research specialties are the interaction of consciousness and matter, the conversion of thoughts into plasma energy, and the proof of the existence of transcendental extra space and how to interfere with it, which he does not understand. His favorite snacks are soda pop and hot milk.
↑When I'm concentrating, I never notice how much CONERU and Socrates are flailing about.
Rather sociable personality.
He has been contributing to society through inventions and advice that have nothing to do with research for the people of the city, and he was also gradually working on countermeasures against the current Hate Fruit Company invasion, exchanging information with the mayor of Shinjyuku. The mayor of Shinjyuku likes him so much that he often asks him to do things he doesn't want to do, but he responds to his requests by working hard despite the pressure, which creates a vicious cycle (or is it a virtuous cycle?) of being asked to do even more. Dr. Otsukimi named this phenomenon "Muchabring Cyclone," and the mayor, impressed by the name, became even more fond of Dr. Otsukimi. (The mayor is a former professional women's wrestler.)
↑He is basically a quiet person, but when he discovers something or gets a result of his research, he gets excited even in the morning.
