In the vast world of "To the Star," accessing important items instantly is crucial for survival. That's why we've introduced three customizable Quickpick Panels with seamless transitions to enhance your gameplay experience!
⭐️Main Quickpick: This is your go-to panel, where you store items you use most frequently. Eatables fall into it automatically in case you need a quick bite on the go. ;)
🤾Ammo Quickpick: Automatically activated when you enter aiming mode (by holding RMB), this panel allows you to access your ammunition quickly.
💼Briefcase Quickpick: Perhaps the most intriguing of all, this panel lets you deploy throwable “structures” from your Briefbase. The default shortcut for this is Left Alt, but you can also access it by scrolling down while holding the RMB.
Take, for instance, the Popping Poppy—a flower filled with juice and anxiety that explodes when enemies approach. And that's just the beginning; many more innovative structures await!
Using a Briefcase throwable opens a portal between the mainland and the Briefbase dimension. You can summon your briefcase back anytime with just a whistle (pressing ‘Q’).
Quickly switching between these three Quickpicks makes exploration and combat more dynamic and user-friendly—a feature we've longed to include in our favorite games.
[UPDATE]
We've also added some highly useful shortcuts for assigning and reassigning items to specific quick picks. Combined with our ultra-fast crafting system, you can now equip your newly created items right in the middle of battle!
We're excited to bring it to life in "To the Star"!
