After two years of development, the small indie game Survive It: Frozen is now officially released and available to play on Steam!
What Awaits You in Survive It: Frozen?
- Innovative genre blend: Classical real time strategy elements combined with survival elements like hunger, cold weather (that changes) and wildlife.
- Different characters: Four interesting, cartoonish survivors with different stats and abilities can be chosen at the start of each game.
- Fast gameplay with strategic depth: Expect fast games with strategic dept: If you find an optimized build order with your favorite survivors, go, and see if this is your path to success against your opponent’s strategy. As dead characters remain dead throughout the game, your multitasking and reaction skills will be severely challenged in this game!
- Threats mechanics: The only way to prevent your opponent from reaching the same goal as you - the chopper in the center of the map by completing the tunnel - is indirectly: deploy some of the available threats such as blizzards or virus spreading.
If you encounter any general issues or have suggestions, please do not hesitate to create a forums post.
To learn how to play the game, I recommend using the in-game help (flag icon on the top right), reading the available Steam Guides, or watching the example build order on the YouTube channel of Liko Development (also linked at the end of this post).
As it was my small side project, a massive thank you to all supporters, testers, and everyone who has been part of this journey. I couldn't have done it without you.
Looking forward to seeing you in-game and on the Leaderboards!
