• Can't create nickname

How to reproduce)
While on Windows 11 environment:

1. Type Korean - Won't display Korean in the nickname creation screen
2. Type English - Display English with no issues
3. Click Create
4. Error message on the left of the nickname creation screen
5. Can't create a nickname

How to solve)

1. Settings > TIME & LANGUAGE > Region & language > Microsoft IME
2. Turn on the "Use previous version of Microsoft IME" button
