Ahoy Seafarers,
We’re thrilled to finally reveal the official release date for Seafarer: The Ship Sim:
🗓️ October 7, 2025 – that’s when we’ll launch into Early Access! We know – we initially said Summer 2025, and we hate having to ask for a little more patience. But we want to be fully transparent: We’ve decided to take a few more weeks to polish core features and refine the overall gameplay experience. These extra weeks will help us ensure that every voyage feels rewarding from the very first step aboard.

Closed Beta is Underway!
We’re already putting this time to good use with our Closed Beta, now live! This is your chance to play Seafarer early, share feedback, and help us fine-tune the game ahead of launch.
Meet us at gamescom!
We’re also heading to gamescom 2025, where Seafarer will be publicly playable for the first time. If you’re attending, stop by, play the game, and meet the team – we’d love to see you!
Thank you again for your continued support and excitement. With your help during the beta, we’re making Seafarer the best it can be.
We’re nearly there – and we can’t wait to welcome you aboard this October.
See you on deck,
Your Seafarer Team 🚣♀️
