Greetings, ladies, gentlemen, and any eldritch entities watching us from the void!
We are proud to announce that the second major Content Update, Brasko's Mansion, is now available for everyone to download! We would like to thank everyone who took part in our Open Beta of the update - your feedback has been invaluable, and we were able to make additional improvements, fixes and generally polish the final version that everyone can play now.
However due to these changes, we recommend that you use a save game made before starting the beta, the backups we asked you to make - changes to the level design, such as moved doors and entrances, as well as tweaks to monsters' placement and behavior, can cause the saves made during beta to produce unpredictable results, or become corrupted altogether.
For those who have not yet visited the mysterious Mansion, we have prepared a new trailer to soak in some of its atmosphere:
Fulqrum Publisher Sale
We are also taking this opportunity to put the game will also be 20% off as part of the Fulqrum Publisher Sale - the discount will run all the way until January 5th, 2026, so it's the perfect opportunity to grab Stygian: Outer Gods or any other game as a Christmas present to yourself or your loved ones. We especially recommend checking out the bundles Stygian is a part of, since they allow you to get an extra discount on the other games there you might not own yet:
- The Stygian Franchise Bundle for those who want to experience the original Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones.
- Lovecraftian Madness Bundle is the right choice for you if you want to battle insane horrors in Forgive Me Father and Lovecraft's Untold Stories.
- Building Up Madness is intended for those who wish to build a madness-infected cult in Worshippers of Cthulhu.
Supporter Pack Available
And last piece of news we have for you today, we have also released the "Supporter Pack" for Stygian: Outer Gods. It is not a typical DLC; the pack does not add new content to the game or change your gameplay experience in an Earth-shattering way. Instead, by picking it up, you’ll be supporting the developers on their journey, helping them bring the world ever closer to the Black Day.
While looking for a way to show our eternal gratitude, and to say “THANK YOU” to all those who decide to support us in this manner, we have reached beyond the veil and consulted with none other than Daniel Upton, who agreed to provide the following boon to any who purchase the Stygian: Outer Gods Supporter Pack:
Daniel Upton’s Clandestine Gift
- a unique, upgradable weapon: an antique Cutlass
- a dose of clarity for fighting the horrors ahead (sanity potion)
- a dedicated letter from Daniel Upton himself
- a set of wallpapers for your devices
We would like to once again thank each and every one of you who have played the game so far. Please, do not stop sharing your feedback and suggestions, either through comments here, in the Steam Discussions or even better, on the official Stygian: Outer Gods Discord server. We are not at the end of our Early Access voyage yet, and even though we can feel the Black Day looming up ahead, we still require your guidance and support.
We hope you will survive the new portion of madness in Kingsport with your body and soul intact, and we will have more news to share soon.
