Hey everyone,
I wanted to give you a quick update about the characters. Today, we finished Sophie, the last character we needed from the original game, Lust Theory Season 1. If you're wondering why we haven't published Ellie, Nicole, or Zoe yet, this post is for you.
We completed their models a long time ago but continually needed to fix various issues during animation, which took up a lot of our time. So, we decided to take a few steps back to identify the problems. Eventually, we developed a new approach and agreed to make the last character we needed (for now, of course) the best version of them all.
With over a year of experience in creating LT characters, we've learned new techniques and improved our process. We took some extra time and finally created one character that we believe is perfect overall, with better-looking body shapes and hair. Some harsh edges remain, but the buttocks look better than ever.
Now that we have one character that meets our standards, we will start polishing our existing ones. First, we will work on MC and Megan because they were our first created characters, and it's clear that MC is far from perfect and Megan needs some adjustments. This way, we will have all characters perfected and ready for the story mode.
You already know that we are preparing and doing our best to start the story, and we don't want to give you something that doesn't look right. Polishing the characters and providing you with the best visuals is important, and we want to give you the best game possible. The biggest changes will be on MC and Megan, but after them, the other characters will be done more quickly. They will appear in the Updates according to the poll votes on our Discord: 1. Nicole, 2. Ellie, 3. Zoe, 4. Sophie, but maybe we should publish Sophie first, after all, she is finished and the reason we are doing all of this :D Let me know in the comments below.
With this new character approach, motion capturing and face capture are now possible, meaning we can provide you with even better animations and, finally, real-feel dialogues.
We are so grateful for your support and this community. In return, we are doing our best to give you our maximum effort and a finished product, not something half done. Giving you the best characters is important, and with this approach, we believe this game will be even better than we thought.
Thank you for being here. That’s it for this character info. I'm here for your questions.
