Keeping it short and sweet, but I have BIG NEWS!
I'm going near full-time to get the game finished!
Vitrified just hit 3000 wishlists!
April 2027 is when I plan to release.
Thank you so damn much to everyone who has ever left a nice comment about Vitrified, played the demo or playtest, or wishlisted. You're all amazing and I'm so grateful to be in this position with the game. We finally hit 3000 wishlists, which means we are well on our way to a successful launch!
Going near full-time has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I'm finally in a place where I can drop my hours at my day job and still pay the bills. I will be continuing to work my day job for 2 days a week, and then working on Vitrified for 3 days a week!!! Until now, I have been developing the game on Fridays, as well as in my spare time on evenings and weekends. This should triple the current rate of progress, and because of that, I'm aiming to release in April 2027! Putting that time frame out there puts the pressure on, but luckily, I work best under pressure. Rest assured, I will be putting every ounce of effort I have into making Vitrified the best game that I possibly can.
Much love, Jack
