Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a gamebreaking bug that would occur on the end game screen.
- Difficulties should now correctly unlock after completing a run.
Gameplay changes:
- 'Shackle' now reduces speed by 10% instead of setting speed bonuses to 0 (this effect was bugged and causing player speed to be set to 0).
