Added new quest system and message system based on player feedback

Update

Many players have been complaining that the game learning cost is too high. I have tried many things, including adding tips for loading the game and adding a guide book. But the effect is not very good.

This time I tried to add a brand new quest system. I hope it can bring clearer guidance to players.

Also added a message system.
