Welcome back to Castle Dracula.
It's been a month since our Next Fest update, and we've used that time to improve some of the rougher scenes in Dracula and the Ghost's extended story segments. In particular, the audio for the General's appearances and the audio for the piano scene have been given a major overhaul. It's crucial that a musical talent like our Ghost be provided the best tools, and his old piano simply wasn't up to snuff! Perhaps it was all the bones Dracula left in it. How impolite.
In addition to our audio update, we are excited to announce our Drăculești Kickstarter campaign, which is live until August 9th!
This campaign will cover finishing costs for the game, as well as the cost of partial voice acting. We have announced the first two actors in our exciting cast - Ray Chase as Dracula and Erika Ishii as Cez - and there are plenty more to come over the following weeks.
Our campaign page is over here, with plenty of tantalising rewards for backers. We hope you'll support us so we can finish the game to the best possible quality! And, if you're unable to back the campaign for whatever reason, sharing it widely is valuable to us too. Tell all the gays, Goths, and gay Goths you know about Drăculești!
We'll likely have a few further QOL updates over the following weeks. In the meantime, we're sure the Ghost will play some lovely waiting music for you, now he's operating at the height of his power.
Eternally yours,
The Fiends
