In the world of Ada, the ruins of the past grotesquely intertwine with a world struggling to survive.
Overgrown remnants of civilization decay in silence, swallowed by nature and time. Cracked stone walls are wrapped in creeping vines, collapsed towers pierce the sky like broken teeth, and abandoned roads lead nowhere. Across the land, the scars of a devastating plague remain visible - not only in the environment, but in the beings that inhabit it.
Venture into unexplored regions and discover those who still endure. Each unique location tells its own story and presents its own dangers. In every land you enter, you will face the monsters that have claimed it as their domain. If you choose to look deeper, you may uncover the histories of the people you meet - how they survive, what they have lost, and what keeps them moving forward in a dying world.
Travel across vast open plains and confront the creatures lurking within the tall grass. The wind may seem peaceful, but movement in the distance is rarely harmless. Climb the broken stairways of ruined temples and descend into their shadowed interiors, where echoes of forgotten rituals still linger among the dust and decay.
Push through dense forests inhabited by enormous spiders and uncover the secrets hidden beneath their tangled canopies. Something is happening to the forest’s inhabitants. They are changing - fading, twisting, becoming shadows of what they once were. The deeper you go, the clearer it becomes that the plague has reshaped more than just the land.
Avoid the horrors concealed within the swamps and do not be deceived by those who dwell there. The maze of winding paths and murky waters can easily lead you astray. In this place, the greatest threat is not always what rises from below, but what waits patiently for you to lose your way.
Step carefully as you descend into underground caverns in search of the path forward. Explore ancient graveyards and castle ruins long buried and forgotten beneath layers of earth. Beneath the surface, history lies preserved in darkness, waiting for those brave enough to uncover it.
Discover the rich and tragic history of Ada’s world - or ignore it and press onward in a desperate attempt to save what remains. The world exists beyond the main path, filled with stories etched into stone, whispered through ruins, and carried by the few who still remember.
This is the world of Ada - broken, overgrown, and still fighting to endure.
