This is a hotfix for release 24.10.1 to resolve a few issues, including:
- Fixed the building templates menu crashing the UI if it encounters a numerically-named template.
- Fixed several errors with storage filters.
- Fixed several AI errors.
- Fixed several errors that could happen during crafter demotion.
- Fixed new builder buildings not blocking certain effects like sandstorms.
- Fixed some misleading text in the town progression quest dialogs.
- Fixed a building slab rotation bug.
