Fixes
-Some improvements to the ship occlusion system to help prevent invisible objects / players
Outrider
-Fixed a collision issue on Outrider that could cause crewmembers to get stuck in front of the bridge section.
-Fixed an issue that could cause engineering fires to not show up on the Outrider
-Fixed a screen culling issue on the Outrider
-Tweaked the base of the Captain's chair.
