9.4 is a small tweak to reduce memory usage. Might help with some crashes that appeared in 9.3.
In addition we have done some more research on the Razer headset issue and may have found an easier way to stop the startup crashes. Setting the headset to output at 48000 Hz has solved the issue in our internal testing. Instructions are here: http://www.pulsarthegame.com/change-frequency-to-48000-hz
