This build wraps up some last things we wanted to do with special characters. Coming up next is 2-3 weeks of working on the builds and locations. Check the last Kickstarter update we did for details!

Changelog:
- Special characters may now respond to conversations in their "special voice". Example: Santa responding to every conversation he's in with something Christmas themed.
- G*rfield, Mad Scientist, and Anime Girl added for testing.
- Logic fixes for checks involving a special character being alive for an event.
- Ninja gets new smoke bombs and throwing stars every mission.
- L*nk can now get bombs.
- L*nk gets his bombs bag refilled after every mission, if he has one.
- Placeholder teleport put in for the Mad Scientist.
- Anime Girl can shoot heart beams when waving her heart wand around, or hit SWAP to temporarily expend her love energy into a powerful concussive blast.
- Anime Girl succumbs to Anime Disease over time, with explosion being likely in the final stage.
