Small Fixes Update

This update includes a couple of small fixes:

- Fixed the Quit button so it properly exits back to the main menu.
- Fixed an underwater post-process rendering issue in the Drowned Docks level.
- Fixed wave behavior issues in the Drowned Docks level.
