Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've given you an update on what's been going on at Rat HQ. There's been a lot going on behind the scenes!
In the last couple of weeks our Operations team has completed some major work at our CoLo facility in preparation for our launch here on Steam!
We've talked about the install of the upgraded power, but we've also added a new ISP connection that will increase our bandwidth substantially!
These new upgrades have allowed our Operations team, in conjunction with the Development team, to get some new hardware up and running. They have begun configuring this new hardware and it will ultimately help out with our concurrent user capacity and this has been an exciting development internally!
As you can see, all of these much needed upgrades are focused on gearing up for our release here on Steam!
We've still got a lot of work left to go to get all the details ironed out, but our team is dedicated and working hard! We're crossing things off ouf our to-do lists every day!
All of this nuts and bolts detail is a little boring, I know, but it's all very important to the user experience for all of our players, old and new.
The Production team also has some big things in the works! I heard some awesome things in our internal meeting this week and saw some internal WIP screenshots. Let me just say, I'm excited for when I'll be able to show all of this stuff to you guys.
