○ Deluxe Collection appearance reconstruction can use appearances from any series as materials. The resulting appearance is randomly generated based on the materials used. 1. I have already completed the pre-download for the new version. Why am I prompted to download it again when updating the game?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is possible that the pre-downloaded files have become invalid or have been altered. In this instance, we kindly request that you try to download and install the game again.
2. When updating the game via the official launcher, I encounter the error message "Another task is already in progress. Please cancel it before starting a new one (7830018)." How can I resolve this?
To resolve this issue, please exit the launcher completely and then restart it.

4. The pre-download option is available to other players, but I do not see the pre-download button. Why is this?
Please make sure that your current game version is updated to the most recent online version.
