Dear Operator:
To maintain a fair and secure environment in Delta Force and protect your interests and account security, we – the official team – want to remind you of the risks associated with unauthorized top-ups:
1. Your account and password may be compromised, leading to the potential loss or destruction of your characters, weapons, and other in-game assets.
2. Transactions through unofficial top-up services are not protected by our support. If your funds are taken without receiving in-game currency, we cannot assist you!
To keep your account and in-game assets safe, only use official payment channels. This will help prevent unnecessary losses of funds and/or in-game assets. Players using unauthorized payment services may face penalties, including account bans in severe cases.
If you have any issues with the official payment channel, please contact our customer service team with the transaction details so we can help you. If you experience losses from using unauthorized top-up platforms, you’ll need to contact the platform operator directly as the Delta Force team will be unable to help.
Unauthorized top-up services often use illegal or stolen payment methods, exposing you to risks like account theft, compromised data, and unauthorized charges. For your safety, we strongly advise against using any unauthorized top-up services!
Thank you for your understanding and support. Together, we can maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for everyone!
The Delta Force Team
