Hello everyone, MYU here.
This time, I’d like to introduce the quirky city overseer, Spectre.
SPECTRE
The Whimsical Watcher of the city
"Noise——ish！ Leave it to me!"
A mascot character responsible for monitoring Noise Scramble City.
He convinces Zena and the others not to leave.
He claims that if everyone tries to force their way out of the city, it will force a reset...?
What kind of story will Spectre unfold? Stay tuned!
We also have an official Discord server 'Noise Scramble City', so if you're interested, please check it out!
