Small Patch for Feb 1st

- Removed the ability to toggle slow motion on and off at will. This was a developer feature and was never meant to be included in the released game
- Fixed some additional holes in the city
- The game should now pause in single player if you press the home button in VR. For Quest users this would be the Quest overlay
