If you ended up with the Reactor Power Manager AI Upgrade early on due to getting it in a bundle or making it one of your first ai upgrade purchases, it was not working right and would de-level your reactor levels before you had unlocked the ability to set those levels at all, essentially causing them to not work.
It won't do that any more with this update.
