- UT reduced Hull of the Shotgun and Skirmisher Hull ships to properly match the normal ratios
- UT increased Hull Boost mod to 15% from 12%
- UT Teleport Drive now also gives 2x damage for a short time
- UT Barrier changed to -10% damage from -20% damage
