Economy Changes
Some changes to the economic model in this update - the Industry Stability difficulty slider has been replaced by an Economy Stability difficulty slider. This introduces economy-wide crashes that will affect many industries at the same time.
They will occur on average once every 10 years (but could be much shorter or longer!). Changing the difficulty slider affects the severity of the crash. Note a few industries might still grow a little during these crashes so it's not a sign you should immediately sell everything. Also consider the tax implications if your assets have increased in value a lot.
Partying Passion
With normal activities, the chance for your characters to invite friends and build opinion varies depending on their Social preference (25% for allergics and 300% for addicts).
The Partying passion adds special activities that can support many more invites at once and is a great way to build more friendships in less time. Of course, your Social allergic characters will still hate every second of it but your Social addicts will have the best time of their life.
Adopting the passion will make available different party activities at their relevant sites.
